By providing your mobile phone number to Automation Flow Professionals ("AFP") or to an AFP client (such as your dispatcher, supervisor, or contracting business) for use with the AFP field intake service, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages from AFP at the number provided.
The AFP SMS program supports field intake and report delivery for restoration, HVAC, roofing, and adjacent field service contractors. Messages relate to confirming receipt of field data, delivering generated reports, and operational support.
Message frequency varies based on your usage. Typical activity is 2 – 10 messages per active job, with no scheduled marketing or promotional messages.
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. AFP does not charge a fee for the messages themselves.
You opt in by providing your mobile number to AFP or to an authorized AFP client at service intake. The opt-in is documented in writing on the AFP service agreement signed by the contracting business at sign-up.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any AFP SMS message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that you will receive no further AFP SMS messages until you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START or contact AFP directly.

The AFP SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AFP may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
