Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, communications, and services provided by Automation Flow Professionals ("AFP"), a DBA of A Rhea of Hope, Inc. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AFP provides AI-assisted field documentation and reporting workflows to contractors and field service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate written agreement between AFP and each client.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the business you represent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AFP services to (a) violate any law, (b) submit content you do not have rights to, (c) attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the services, or (d) reverse engineer or copy proprietary AFP systems.

4. Communications consent

By providing contact information (email, phone) you consent to receive service-related communications from AFP. SMS-specific terms are described in the SMS Program Terms.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are defined in your service agreement with AFP. Late payments may be subject to interest and suspension of service.

6. Intellectual property

AFP retains all rights to its software, prompts, models, pipelines, and documentation. Clients retain rights to their own field intake content. Generated reports are licensed to the client for their internal and customer-facing use.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information using at least reasonable care, and not to disclose it except as necessary to deliver the services.

8. Disclaimer

AFP services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated reports are intended as a starting draft and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before use in regulated, legal, or insurance contexts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFP's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid to AFP in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement subject to the notice period in the service agreement. AFP may suspend service immediately for violations of these Terms or non-payment.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

12. Changes

AFP may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
